Terms of Service

By creating a Physela account or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Physela is a software-as-a-service platform that enables patients to discover healthcare providers, book and pay for appointments, and manage their health records. Physela is an intermediary — we are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@physela.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may be added as dependents under a parent or guardian's account.

Appointment fees are set by partner hospitals. Physela displays a platform service fee at checkout. By completing payment you authorise the charge. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Physela is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any medical consultation. Disputes regarding medical care should be raised directly with the hospital.

You voluntarily provide health information (allergies, conditions, prescriptions) to improve your care. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare regulations. You may delete your health profile at any time.

• Providing false medical or identity information
• Booking appointments you have no intention of attending
• Attempting to access another patient's records
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing the API
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physela's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Lagos Court of Arbitration before any court proceedings are commenced.

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
